I am braising (Vegan with a Vengeance - my cookbook - describes braising as "sauteeing and steaming in... sauce") cauliflower, unsuccessfully I think. My neighbor just walked over to borrow some salt. I thought those kinds of cliches only happened in the movies. (At least it wasn't sugar).
